If we’ve made a mistake or if there is a faulty item, we will send you a replacement as quickly as possible at our cost. Please do not return any items unless you have been advised to do so. Normally it will not be required to return any items, as photos are normally enough to resolve any issues.
Due to the nature of personalised products, we’re unable to exchange any orders if you’ve changed your mind or made a mistake during the ordering process. Therefore, please choose carefully and triple check all spelling before submitting your order.
Can I cancel/amend my order? In most cases your order will be processed very quickly so please triple check all the details before you complete your order. If you do need to make a change please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +447797888382 immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed, we will be able to make changes.
